Adriana De Moura, Alexia Echevaria And Marysol Patton Attend Lisa Hochstein’s Baby Shower
Lisa Hochstein spent her Mother’s Day weekend celebrating the fact that she herself will soon be a mother. The Real Housewives of Miami star threw a lavish, star-themed baby shower at her home over the weekend in anticipation of the arrival of her baby, a boy whom she and her husband, Len Hochstein, have decided to name Logan. The baby is currently being carried by a surrogate.
On Tuesday, Lisa posted several photos of the blue and gold affair to her Instagram page. In attendance were several of her co-stars: Adriana de Moura, Alexia Echevaria, and Marysol Patton. One photo shows her, Alexia and Marysol having fun in the photo booth. Lisa also uploaded a video of her and Marysol playing around with some of the hanging stars.
Alexia posted a photo showing all of the Miami housewives, including Adriana, in attendance.
Noticeably absent from the festivities were Lea Black and Joanna Krupa. Lea may have missed out because she is currently busy promoting her Red Carpets and White Lies book. On Tuesday, she was actually in New Jersey for a book signing event, which was attended by The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Jacqueline Laurita and Kathy Wakile. As for Joanna, judging by her Instagram account, it seems that she was in Miami over the weekend. She even hung out with Karent Sierra, who co-starred with her on the show’s second season.
Of course, it wouldn’t be surprising if Lisa Hochstein didn’t invite Joanna Krupa to her baby shower. The two fought viciously on the Season 3 reunion show. In an interview with E! News after Part 1 of the reunion aired in November, 2013, Lisa said that she believes the rumors that Joanna once worked as an escort.
“Have I seen it for myself? No. But I’ve definitely heard it from many, many sources. At this point, I wouldn’t put anything past her. She denies it, but everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. She’s a scumbag and I wouldn’t put it past her.”
Lisa also said that she believed the claim, which Adriana brought up at the reunion, that Joanna slept with Mohamed Hadid and that is why his marriage to Yolanda Foster, who later went on to star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, broke up.
“Yes, I do believe they had sex. Adriana was told this by Brandi Glanville and Alexia confirmed it. I just don’t understand why she’s denying it. Why not tell the truth? Just because you slept with someone doesn’t mean you did something wrong. But again, everything she says is a lie. But I think, yes, 100 percent they slept together.”
Lisa Hochstein also told E! News that she wasn’t sure she could film another season of The Real Housewives of Miami with Joanna Krupa. As it turns out, it seems that the show isn’t returning. In December, 2014, Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen, during an Ask Andy segment, said that the show, which last season also starred Adriana de Moura, Lea Black, and Alexia Echevarria, as well as Marysol Patton as a recurring housewife, is currently “dead in the water.”
“Who knows? Never say never. Right now it’s kind of dead in the water but who knows?”
Viewers may at least still see Joanna on their TV screens soon. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Joanna recently filmed a scripted series with Joyce Giraud, who was on the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
