Taylor Kinney And Lady Gaga Wedding News: ‘Chicago Fire’ Star Sophia Bush Calls Them ‘Such An Amazing Couple’

Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga are getting set to tie the knot soon. The Chicago Fire star and Grammy award winning artist have been engaged for a few months now, and, while a date has not been confirmed, a wedding is just around the corner.

Kinney talked about future wedding plans during an interview with Extra.

“I’m kind of laying low right now, we don’t have a date yet, but soon,” Kinney revealed during the interview. “We’ll probably keep it to ourselves.”

Meanwhile, according to Harper’s Bazaar, Lady Gaga recently revealed to a crowd of paparazzi at LAX that she will take Kinney’s last name after they officially exchange vows. However, she did not leak any additional details of the wedding plans.

Taylor Kinney, known for his role on Chicago Fire, proposed to Gaga this past Valentine’s Day. Since then, Sophia Bush, who stars on the Chicago Fire spin-off Chicago P.D., talked to People about how they are such a perfect couple.

“Her and Taylor, they’re such an amazing couple,” Bush stated in an interview at an Entertainment Weekly/People event. “She’s the dream, just the coolest woman and she’s everything. She’s artistic and brilliant and so observant and so socially in touch, and she’s also just the most chill girl who’s talking to me about her chicken coop,” Bush explained about Lady Gaga.

Bush went on to reveal that the singer, contrary to popular belief, is just as ordinary as anyone else.

“We just did a big spin class, me and her mom and all of these amazing supporters of the Born This Way Foundation, and she showed up and was like, ‘Let’s spin!’ And I was Like, ‘You do normal things. I’m still not used to this, no matter how much I see you, I feel like maybe you’re gonna sprout wings and fly away.'”

At the same time, Kinney is enjoying quite the success on Chicago Fire. The hit NBC show has already been renewed for a fourth season. “We got our pickup really early … maybe as early as March, which is really rare,” Kinney told Extra. “It just instills a sense of security and confidence for the crew, for the cast, and we’re lucky.”

Hopefully, news of an official wedding date with be forthcoming and Kinney and Gaga will not keep to themselves. In the meantime, fans can see plenty of Taylor Kinney on Chicago Fire Tuesday nights on NBC.
