Teacher’s Sex Video With Student Covered Up? Jessica Fuchs Claims ‘Not Guilty’

A Bainbridge teacher’s sex video with a student was called for “For My Baby,” and it allegedly showed the teacher masturbating while naked. But now that Jessica Fuchs is in court she is denying that anything ever took place. Police investigators say the 26-year-old teacher told the 16-year-old victim to lie about the affair, and is accused of trying to cover up her tracks.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, the Washington State Patrol “was able to recover text messages between the suspect and the victim” which indicated that the teacher and the boy had a sexual relationship.

“The communication was sexual in nature and detailed sexual activity between Jessica Fuchs and the juvenile student victim. There was discussion regarding hugging, kissing, making out, having oral sex, and sexual intercourse,” according to the statement of probable cause in the case.

Fortunately, Brainbridge police believe the one student was the only victim in this case.

“At this time the police do not have any indication that there are additional victims involved,” a Bainbridge Police Department news release said.

Detectives say Jessica Fuchs also searched the internet for information on deleting cell phone records, and she also allegedly told the student to lie on her behalf.

“Well, protect me as best you can. Remember NOTHING COMES OUT EVER! About anything you have been to my house only once. Like like you have NEVER lied before. And try to get your mom to side with you completely and say this was all a misunderstanding! And tell the investigator that!”

Documents released by the courts reveal that the teacher’s sex with her student was caught by Fuchs’ husband. According to Fox News, the boy originally denied that sex had taken place, but later admitted to his mother that he and the teacher had sex at her home. The husband apparently walked in and caught them in the middle of the intimate act. This event apparently caused them to try and delete any evidence of the teacher’s sex video in addition to all the sexually explicit text messages they had sent each other.

When police had Jessica Fuchs arrested, the bail was set at $100,000, but a judge eventually lowered the bail to $25,000. The boy’s mother disputed this decision because she was afraid her son might try and get in contact with Fuchs.

Fuchs’ lawyer said she had at least 10 family members and supporters in court when she was led before the judge while shackled. Fuchs was charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, second-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, communication with a minor for immoral purposes, tampering with physical evidence and tampering with a witness. According to KIRO, the former high school teacher potentially faces up to five years in prison for each of the three counts she is facing.
