Dumpster Boy’s Brother: Death Penalty Sought For Man After He Kills Mother, Brother, Throws Baby In Dumpster
After a baby was found in a dumpster, the boy’s brother was found dead in a river in Nebraska. According to ABC News, the body of 5-year-old Josue Ramirez-Marinero had been thrown in the Elkhorn River by his older half-brother, Roberto Martinez-Marinero, who admitted to doing the crime. Not only did he kill the child, he also said that he murdered his mother and tossed the 11-month-old baby in a trash receptacle.
Now, prosecutors say that they will seek the death penalty in the case against Martinez-Marinero who has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and various weapons offenses.

The deceased boy’s brother who was thrown in a dumpster was found on Wednesday by a man who had been cleaning out his car and heard a strange noise. Authorities say that Angel Ramirez-Marinero was unharmed save for a couple of bruises. According to the Canada Journal, Douglas County attorney Don Kleine said that the mother of these boys, Jesus Ismenia-Marinero, 45, had been hit in the head with a baseball bat and then stabbed “several times” before being dumped in a ditch. Mr. Kleine also said that authorities believe that Josue was alive when he was tossed into the river. An autopsy report should be able to confirm this, as will his cause of death (likely to be drowning).
It is believed that Martinez-Marinero killed his 5-year-old half-brother because Josue saw Roberto kill their mother. A motive, otherwise, is unknown at this time.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Martinez-Marinero’s 24-year-old girlfriend, Gabriela Guevara, has also been charged in the case. Authorities believe that she may have helped her boyfriend commit these heartless acts and charged her with accessory to homicide. It is possible that she will face additional charges. Both Martinez-Marinero and Guevara are due in court today.
