Sober Living Over Rehab: ‘RHOBH’ Kim Richards Surfaces — And She’s Not In Rehab

Did Kim Richards chose sober living over rehab? According to a recently released photo, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is not only not in rehab, she’s also smoking.

On May 11, AllAboutTRH shared the shocking photo, taken of Kim Richards at the end of last month, three days after she allegedly entered rehab. In the photo, the reality star and mother of four confirmed she was not in rehab, but likely in a sober living facility instead.

In the caption of the photo, which featured Richards taking a hit of a vape and was originally posted on Instagram, an account named Vape Prescriptions shared the following message with fans.

“So this happened today! #vapeprescriptions #malibu had the pleasure of serving @kimrichards11 #rhobh #bravo #malibu #malibuvape #pch #malibuvapor #vaperx #caitfierce #vapelife #vapelyfe #vapeporn #calivapors #calivapers.”

As AllAboutTRH pointed out, Richards would not be able to leave and go to a store if she was in rehab. She would, however, be able to leave a sober living facility.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Brandi Glanville recently spoke to Jenny McCarthy, alleging her co-star and friend, Richards, was, in fact, in rehab. The interview, recounted by E! News, was shared around the same time as news of Richards being in a sober living facility hit the web.

“I talk to her quite often. I went to rehab to see her already … If you saw where her rehab was … I was like, ‘Anyone could use 30 days here.’ It’s really nice. I don’t want to out where she is, but it’s beautiful. I took the kids and I was like, ‘This is beautiful.’ “

Glanville didn’t mention any sort of sober living facility in her interview, but if she did visit Richards, she’s well aware that rehab is not where she is.

Also during her interview with McCarthy, Glanville denied Richards was leaving the show, insisting, for a second time, that Richards was in rehab, and no changes to the cast had yet been made.

During Richards’ interview with Dr. Phil, a sober living facility was pulled into question after Richards claimed she didn’t like any rehabs in her area, and didn’t want to miss her daughter’s wedding.

Although it isn’t standard, many rehab facilities do not allow guests for the first two weeks to a month after a patient’s entry. So, Glanville’s interview only further confirms Richards is likely living at a sober living facility instead of participating in a rehab program, as previously assumed.
