Kenya Moore: NeNe Leakes Has To Face Her Demons In Order For All To Move Forward

Is Kenya Moore gloating over the fact that NeNe Leakes broke down in tears and walked off the set during the filming of The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 7 reunion show? On Sunday, hours prior to the airing of the third and final part of the reunion, Kenya reminded viewers that tonight they will see NeNe have a “breakdown.”

Kenya wrote that NeNe has the face her demons in order for the entire group to move forward. Clearly, Kenya believes that it’s NeNe who is preventing the women from working out their issues with one another.

“It’s been real. Tonight is the last reunion and final episode of the entire season of #RHOA. See the breakdown of Nene Leakes and why she has to face her demons in order for us all to move forward.”

Kenya’s caption accompanied a photo of her smiling and posing while at the reunion.

A preview for tonight’s episode shows Kenya telling a crying NeNe, who is sitting next to therapist Dr. Jeff, that they have more in common than she wants to admit. Kenya points out that they both don’t have relationships with their moms, but still became successful, strong women.

“NeNe, I think that you think we’re all against you. We have our fights, we have our arguments, things are said and you feel like we don’t like you, we don’t love you but we don’t want to be at that same place with you. We want to move on. I think, hearing your story right now, we have a lot more in common than you want to even admit. You don’t have a relationship with your mother, you felt abandoned…We’re very strong women. I think we know that about each other. And when I met you NeNe, I didn’t, I didn’t come for you. I didn’t come in like, ‘Oh I’m about to take over, this is my thing.’ We had, I thought, a really nice start to a friendship, whether you want to admit to that or not.”

As Kenya’s talking, NeNe, still crying, gets up and starts to leave. As Kenya tells her to stop running away and Dr. Jeff holds her, NeNe repeatedly whispers that she can’t talk about her mom. All of the women, except for Kandi Burruss and Claudia Jordan, get up to comfort NeNe. NeNe eventually walks off the set with Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, and Cynthia Bailey following behind.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, right after filming The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 7 reunion show in late March, Kenya Moore hinted that viewers will see something very unexpected from NeNe Leakes and called the reunion “EPIC.”
