Mere Mortal Attempts To Eat Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Meal Plan — Learns He Is Unworthy To Follow ‘The Great One’ [Video]

If you ask people if there was one person they’d consider having the look of a “god amongst men,” one such person to be recognized would be Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Known for his accolades in both professional wrestling as “The Great One,” as well as his hit movies, Johnson has recently come off huge stints in both. At Wrestlemania 31, Johnson and Ronda Rousey made one of the most memorable “Wrestlemania Moments” when they took on The Authority, and Furious 7 is a box-office hit.

Yet, there is one habit Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for that most people in general don’t know about: amazing social media updates. Through Instagram and Twitter, Johnson updates his fans on the happenings of his life through entertaining pictures tagged with the best hashtags ever. In one such update, Johnson revealed his insane eating plan in which he eats ten pounds of food per day, proving that to look like a god among men, you must eat like a god among men. Apparently, a mere mortal stepped up to the plate and attempted Johnson’s eating plan. He soon learned the hard way that he is unworthy to follow “The Great One” in such an endeavor.

According to Complex, Sean Evans, an internet blogger for the source, took on Dwayne Johnson’s eating regime which consisted of seven meals weighing a total of ten pounds, three pounds being cod. The latter detail on cod is important because Evans has an aversion to fish (which may have been the reason for Evans vomiting after the fifth meal). Needless to say, Evans failed the challenge.

Nevertheless, Sean Evans walked away from the failure with a newfound respect for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Though ten pounds of food per day seems tasking to the common man, for Johnson, it is the norm given the fact he is near 300 pounds and burns fuel like a furnace. Not only that, Johnson at the age of 43, is in better shape than most people are in their teens, waking up at 4 a.m. to start working out.

Evans on the other hand is a regular guy, though technically more fit than most Americans by working out four days a week and sticking to a decent diet. Yet at a size 30 along with his current workout regime, there is no need for Evans to be eating 10 pounds of food per day. Probably the person who needed to tell Evans this is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson himself. According to the Huffington Post, Johnson enlighten Evans on the “missing element” that might have resulted in success.

It should be noted that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson did show respect to Sean Evans for even attempting such a feat, one that most people wouldn’t even bother trying. Yet, for those who want a challenge, Johnson’s eating regime is available at Muscle and Fitness. Please take notice of the notes below Meal 7.
