Kim Kardashian & NeNe Leakes Team Up For New Project

Kim Kardashian has just signed a deal with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes. Although the project has yet to be revealed, Leakes teased of the news earlier this week.

According to a May 8 report by Radar Online, Leakes recently signed “a really big deal with Kim Kardashian,” and opened up about the project while on the set of The Meredith Vieira Show. Prior to going on stage, Leakes took part in a backstage interview and shared her exciting news.

“I have a really big deal with Kim Kardashian, we haven’t released a statement on it yet.”

Leakes went on to say she and Kim Kardashian will reveal more details about the long-term project “in the next few weeks.”

“I’ve signed something really interesting with her for the next couple of years, so that’s going to be something that’s really interesting.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Leakes recently spoke to Extra TV’s AJ Calloway, revealing she was unsure about returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and now it appears her deal with Kim Kardashian may take her away from Bravo. Speaking to the entertainment news series, Leakes said she would only return to the show if casting changes were made.

“I don’t know if I’ll return or not, I don’t know,” Leakes told Extra TV, according to a report by TooFab.

“I will return, however, if some of the other girls leave the show, because the show’s called the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta.’ There’re a lot of women on the show this season who are single, they’re not moms, they’re not married, not dating.”

Leakes is openly feuding with Kenya Moore and Claudia Jordan, and ironically, they are two of the single wives on the show. Also single is Porsha Williams, but according to Leakes, she seems to want to see more of Williams — and her love life. In her interview with Calloway, just days prior to her news regarding Kim Kardashian, Leakes spoke of a woman who wanted a husband, and Williams proclaimed that exact thing months earlier.

“I’d love to see a single woman on the show that’s dating, think that’s great, and fun to have that girl that’s looking for love, but we have too many girls that are looking for money instead of love, so I like to find a girl that’s looking for love, really wants to find a husband.”

Kim Kardashian has yet to speak out on the project.
