Not cool enough for a Mac

I just got wind of this new ad – via Mary Jo Foley (thanks Mary Jo) – that Microsoft will be running soon. It’s part of a campaign called Laptop Hunters and first up is Lauren who is looking for a laptop for under $1,000. Not being a die-hard Windows fan Lauren does check out the local apple store only to find one 13” MacBook in her price range.

She jokingly tells the camera “I’m just not cool enough to be a Mac person.”

Who’s taking bets that we’ll see a rebuttal from the “I’m a Mac” crew over at Apple real soon?
