Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello Select Wedding Date

Sofia Vergara and her fiancee, Joe Manganiello, have decided on their wedding date.

Design & Trend is reporting that Vergara, of Modern Family fame, and her Magic Mike XXL sweetheart have decided on a date, but are not wanting to announce it just yet. Vergara announced that a date was set on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Los Angeles-based KIIS-FM.

“Yeah, we have a date,” the 42-year-old Vergara said on Wednesday, May 6. “It was kind of difficult because we’re both working, and you never know what’s going to come in our work. But we had to stick to it because it was impossible to book a place with short notice.”

Vergara also announced that the event will not be a small, intimate affair. “[The wedding is] large because I… had to invite like all my family and Joe has a lot of friends so it became bigger and bigger and bigger.”

Vergara also opened up about living with Manganiello, a True Blood alum and a confirmed fitness buff. “He is very easy to live with. I mean, we have no problems,” said Vergara, who has been living with Manganiello since November 2014. “I cannot believe it. I always tell him, ‘This is very suspicious!'”

According to People Magazine, Vergara has been a very busy multitasker. May 1 was the premiere of Vergara’s buddy comedy Hot Pursuit, co-starring Reese Witherspoon. Vergara is also working with Kay Jewelers on her signature line of baubles, the line called So Sofia.

“It’s one of my projects that excites me so much because it’s something that I really wanted to do for a long time,” Vergara says. “It’s a line that I designed with, of course, the help of professional designers. This is for women, of course, but what I wanted to do was focus and create a product to help men, because men are the ones [who] buy and give jewelries to their mother, their fianceé, wife, their loved ones.”

And, of course, there’s the planning for Sofia’s upcoming wedding, but Vergara’s got help with that. “The good thing is that nowadays you can hire someone to help you and I have a great planner that is taking a lot of the stress away,” Vergara told reporters at her Hot Pursuit premiere on Friday.

Though nothing about the wedding has been announced, many believe that the location will be The Breakers: Palm Beach resort in Palm Beach, Florida. Vergara and Manganiello were there back in February, and were seen scoping out the huge, 140-acre location. They were also seen looking at wedding cake photos while dining there, including one elaborate six-layer behemoth of a wedding cake.
