Post-Ariana Grande, Big Sean Contacts Ex, Naya Rivera

Big Sean is moving on in a big way from Ariana Grande after their not-so-amicable break-up last month. And it looks like he’s trying to do so with his ex, Naya Rivera.

According to Hollywood Life, Sean has reached out to Naya since his split with Ariana.

“He has some regrets about everything that went down with her, as well as how he publicly dissed her, and is now trying to make amends.”

But according to their source, “Naya doesn’t seem too interested in talking to him right now — after all, she is recently married with a baby on the way!” She also may still be feeling the burn after Big Sean insulted her in “Research,” a track off his latest album that dropped a few months ago.

In the song, Big Sean raps, “Through all the evil in your eyes I can still see the good though/But you unlockin’ my cell like you is a cop/How you decode all my V-mails, G-mails even P.O. boxes got me P.O.’d/You saw my emails with CeCe when you wasn’t CC’d,” suggesting Rivera was the jealous type that would keep tabs on Big Sean when they were together.

He also insinuated that Drake and Chris Brown would pick up the tab for her when they were out clubbing. “I saw you wearing Drake’s chain like you was part of his crew/I saw you chilling with Meek Mill up at the Summer Jam/Seein’ you at the SoHo House I know you can’t afford that tab/When I run into Chris Brown and he laugh.” It’s understandable why Naya may not want to afford Big Sean the chance to redeem himself for his words.

Ariana Grande, meanwhile, also wants nothing to do with Big Sean and is instead focusing on her career. As reported by Inquisitr, Ariana’s “Honeymoon Tour” came in at number one on the Billboard weekly tally of Hot Tours with the final box office stats reported from the first North American leg.

She’s also recording a song together with Miley Cyrus. According to Rolling Stone, Cyrus enlisted both Ariana Grande and Joan Jett to contribute a song for her new LGBT Charity called “Homeless Hippies.”

“To help raise funds and awareness for her new foundation, Cyrus has teamed with Facebook for the Backyard Sessions, which will find the singer teaming with another artist for a unique performance filmed in Cyrus’ own backyard. Joan Jett, Ariana Grande, Against Me!’s Laura Jane Grace and Melanie Safka are among the artists who will collaborate with Cyrus for the sessions. Each video will debut exclusively on Facebook with an option to donate toward the Happy Hippie Foundation.”

Looks like both of Big Sean’s ex-girlfriends, Naya Rivera and Ariana Grande, are doing better off without him.
