‘Dance Moms’ Spoilers: Abby Lee Miller Scrambles In Mid-Season Finale
Tuesday night brings the mid-season finale of Dance Moms on Lifetime. This episode showcases the last competition in Pittsburgh for the Abby Lee Dance Company girls before everybody shifts back to Hollywood. Unfortunately, things do not necessarily go as planned. What Dance Moms spoilers are available for “Showdown in Pittsburgh, Part 2”?
As TV Guide shares, Abby Lee Miller and the Dance Moms girls are preparing for their last East Coast competition, but things get complicated. Apparently, only two of the dancers show up when needed, and someone appears to fly off the handle. Would that be Abby Lee Miller? Most would imagine it would.
A Dance Moms spoiler preview on the show’s Facebook page shares some insight. While JoJo and Nia are at the venue and preparing for the competition, Kalani and Kendall have not arrived. Abby talks about making adjustments to the plan of having Kendall and Kalani do solos in this competition. She decides that she may need to throw JoJo and Nia in as soloists at the last minute.
Another preview shows both girls quickly preparing a solo, and Cathy of the Candy Apples pops her head in to check on them. Things get a bit nasty, although some fans are cheering on Cathy’s no-holds-barred words about how Nia doesn’t always get supported, like when it came to her video premiere. Other clips indicate that when it comes to the group dance, the girls are scrambling and nearly miss their opportunity to dance.
How does it all play out? Dance Moms spoilers from the show’s Wikia page indicate that the group does manage to get on stage in time to perform, and they dance well. Their contemporary piece titled “No Sign of Life” is said to get first place in both the junior and overall divisions.
Though there do seem to be some things up in the air regarding these Dance Moms spoiler results, it appears that Kendall and Kalani end up not doing their scheduled solos. It seems that Nia and JoJo do perform solos, though Nia apparently doesn’t place. JoJo is believed to take third place in the junior division, but she apparently doesn’t place in the overalls.
There will be follow-up specials yet to air on Lifetime in the weeks ahead, then a brief hiatus. Will the ALDC team return in full when Season 5 picks up again? There are a lot of rumors swirling about potential departures, but so far, it does seem that all of the key players are continuing to film for episodes set to air later in Season 5.
How ugly will thing get during this last competition? It is believed that the ALDC group dance beats the Candy Apples by a tiny margin, so there should be a lot of drama in this one.
