Adam Lind Appears In Court, ‘Teen Mom 2’ Restraining Order Case Dismissed

Adam Lind was in court on Monday morning to address a restraining order petition filed by his ex-girlfriend, Jessica Nicole. Months ago, Nicole alleged the Teen Mom 2 star was violent, and claimed she needed protection. The judge on the case, however, felt differently.

According to Jenelle Evans’ website, Adam Lind’s case has been dismissed, and below is what an insider had to say.

“[Adam Lind] just got out of court. Her protective order was denied. False evidence and lack of proof. Jessica didn’t even come with a lawyer and the judge looked at her baffled. [Adam Lind] didn’t even have to speak his side, and the judge dismissed it.”

Adam Lind began dating Nicole in the summer of last year, shortly after his relationship with his youngest daughter’s mother, Taylor Halbur, came to an end. Months after their split, Nicole filed for a restraining order against Adam Lind, claiming he threatened to “crush my skull” in court documents obtained by Radar Online.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Adam Lind has gotten tons of bad press in recent years, but when it comes to his new girlfriend, Danielle Anderson, there are only good things to report. In an interview with Radar Online last month, Anderson claimed there’s more to Adam Lind than meets the eye.

“People don’t see what I see. I see him as a person who is ready to settle down.”

Although Adam Lind has made a few mistakes in recent years, according a handful of DUIs, and a citation for reckless driving, Anderson insists he’s changed.

“People make mistakes. He has changed a lot. He’s been sober for two years, he has a full time job and a certificate for personal training. He wants to build a business.”

As for her future with Adam Lind, who she began talking to last year, Anderson is hopeful, claiming she and Lind plan to move in together next month after her two children finish school. From there, Anderson hopes she and Adam Lind will be a family.

“We want our kids to know what it’s like to have a family. His girls deserve a family life with their dad as well.”

Adam Lind will be seen on the upcoming sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which premieres on July 9 at 10 p.m. For the past several months, he and the rest of the cast have been in production in their respective towns.
