Guy Group Takes On ‘Mime Through Time’ With ‘Macarena,’ ‘I’m Blue,’ And Other Pop Hits

Late last month, online comedy sketch show troupe SketchShe took on an ambitious “Mime Through Time” lipsync that sparked a viral sensation over the internet — more than 24 million people tuned in to watch the women mouth along to Queen, Nirvana, Whitney Houston, and other iconic performers with costumes that fit the era in which each song first began to reach the public’s ears.

Now, another group — this time all men — has picked up the idea to go through another series of pop hits, once again while in full costume. Of course, due respect has to be given to the original trio of girls who pulled off the idea, but the new “Mime Through Time” group does at the very least try to create their own spin on the idea. “Chandelier,” “I’m Blue,” and even a One Direction song make the final cut in the new video.
