Jill Duggar’s painful pregnancy is supposed to be the focus of the next episode of 19 Kids and Counting, but Josiah Duggar’s future fiancée might steal the show. Marjorie Jackson can be seen hanging out with the Duggar family in a preview for this Tuesday’s episode of 19 Kids, but you might have a hard time spotting her — one of Marjorie’s look-alike sisters also joined the family for Derick Dillard’s birthday celebration.
Josiah Duggar and Marjorie Jackson have been keeping a pretty low profile ever since they announced their courtship last month, but it looks like TLC is gearing up to document their budding romance for the Duggar family’s reality show. The network recently posted the 19 Kids and Counting preview below that shows Marjorie watching Derick Dillard opening his birthday gifts. Marjorie is wearing the red scarf, and her sister is trying to steal Jill Duggar’s style by rocking a headband and a striped skirt. The preview for Jill’s birth episode also shows Josie Duggar proving that she’s part beaver by munching on her old wooden crib.
As you can see, Marjorie Jackson is already blending right in with the rest of the Duggar family. Before entering into a courtship with Josiah, she wore pants and took college-level graphic design classes. However, it’s possible that the 17-year-old has changed her style and her life goals to better suit the Duggar way of doing things.
What Marjorie might need now is a crash-course on how to deal with the all the new attention that she’ll get as the star of a reality show, and Jill Duggar could definitely preach to her about the perils of living life in the public eye. Jill was recently photographed putting baby Israel in danger by wearing her baby sling incorrectly, and the picture went viral. The backlash was so big that the sling photo was even featured on Good Morning America.
Luckily, Josiah Duggar’s future bride hasn’t had to weather any Duggar-sized scandals yet. Unlike Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar, she’s keeping things low-key by avoiding social media. Josiah does have an Instagram account, but there are only three photos on it — he’s not gushing about his betrothed every other day just yet. However, he is singing with her. The video below was recently posted on the Duggar Family YouTube page.
19 Kids and Counting fans will probably be seeing a lot more of Josiah and Marjorie together after Jill Duggar’s birth special airs this Tuesday.
According to E! News, Jill Duggar recently took to Instagram to gush about how Derick Dillard goes “above and beyond to love and to cherish” her, and she labeled him the “best hubby and papa.” Derick responded with the photo below.
“My two favorite people in the world #ilovemyfamily,” he captioned the picture.
