Kim Kardashian Unknowingly Endorses Plastic Surgery

Kim Kardashian’s name and face are on the front of many products, from clothing to makeup. One thing she never expected though, was to find her likeness on a gigantic billboard next to the Mexico-California border advertising Dr. Victor Ramirez’s plastic surgery services. The billboard has a picture of Kim’s body, along with the quote, “no arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud” (translation: “Don’t risk your beauty or your health”).

TMZ contacted Dr. Ramirez to see if he had permission from the gorgeous reality TV star, to which he replied, “Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number.” Perfect excuse, right? Dr. Ramirez offers his services in Mexico, so TMZ was quick to inform him that he needed permission from Kim in order to advertise with her picture. Upon hearing this, Ramirez said he would involve the police, then proceeded to hang up.

Although Kim Kardashian has come under fire recently for her 72 day marriage to Kris Humphries, and also for John Hamm‘s comments about her brilliance, she has proven herself to be a smart businesswoman. It is surprising with her presence, as well as those of her lawyers, that the billboard has not yet been removed. I’m sure that, although Dr. Victor Ramirez may not get Kim’s direct number, he is sure to get the number for her lawyers, and possibly a lawsuit for using her likeness without permission.
