American Idol Contestant Jermaine Jones Kicked Off Idol

Contestant Jermaine Jones has really been making headlines. First the contestant’s family outed him out over lying about his estranged relationship with his father in order to milk his way onto the show, which reportedly had the American Idol producers outraged.

News is now circulating about Jermaine being booted from American Idol after it was revealed that he hid multiple crimes from the producers. Sources close to the show told TMZ that Jones was charged with 2 crimes in 2011, and in both cases he gave a fake name to the cops. On top of all that there’s a warrant out for Jermaine’s arrest.

The Idol contestant was confronted on camera about his secretive arrests and the confrontaton will be aired on Wednesday’s show following Jones’ exit on the show. Following the incident Jermaine Jones wrote on twitter, “Awww I will no longer b on the show”, but the tweet has since been deleted, probably to conceal Jermaine’s boot until the live show.

As for lying about his estranged relationship with his father, the singer responded by saying, “How can I be lying and I never said anything,” Jones told fans via Twitter Tuesday. “This story on tmz. I did not lie to anyone I also did not t(al)lk to or ask anyone to t(a)lk to tmz on my behalf in the first place..”
