‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Refuses To ‘Stoop’ To Jeremy’s Level On Twitter
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is fighting back against her soon-to-be ex-husband’s harsh comments over the weekend. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jeremy Calvert slammed the Teen Mom 2 star in a number of tweets, and went as far as to re-tweet a message that claimed she was a “cheating h–” who didn’t deserve any child support.
“[Jeremy] don’t give [Leah] a penny! Cheating h–s don’t deserve child support!!” the message read.
In addition to the shocking re-tweet, the Teen Mom 2 star shared a couple of photos of himself, both getting ready to go out sans wedding ring, and visiting a bar in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Hours after Calvert’s posts were shared, Messer returned to Twitter, where she shared the following message with fans, which was seemingly aimed at her husband.
“It’s better to never stoop to the level you’re on.”
Although the Teen Mom 2 couple hasn’t exactly come out and said they’ll be divorcing, their tweets appear to confirm what fans have speculated for the last several months.
In October, Calvert claimed his Teen Mom 2 wife cheated on him with Robbie Kidd, the man she slept with just hours before marrying first husband Corey Simms. However, since then, the couple have hinted at a reconciliation on multiple occasions, which led to confusion among Teen Mom 2 fans. However, now the couple’s relationship status appears clear as day.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Teen Mom 2 star and mother of three has been facing rumors of a possible stint in rehab, in addition to reports regarding the end of her marriage. However, on Facebook, Messer’s mother, Dawn Spears, denied the allegations.
“TRUE FANS listen up. Leah is NOT going to rehab lol. This is Momma Dawn and I 100% ASSURE you that Leah is NOT going to a DRUG REHAB. Lots of LOVE to the true fans. all will come out on the upcoming show about Leah Dawn Calvert, Jeremy, Corey,Miranda, and the babies. But rest assure I HATE drugs don’t want association with them and wouldn’t NEVER Condone them.”
Still, In Touch Weekly claims the Teen Mom 2 star is going to rehab, and will likely begin treatment sometime this week. If she does, fans will likely see the ordeal play out on the upcoming sixth season of the show, which has been filming for the last few months. Fans will also be seeing what’s really going on in Messer and Calvert’s marriage.
Teen Mom 2 returns to MTV on July 9 at 10 p.m.
