Did Kathy Hilton Coach Kim Richards During Her Interview With Dr. Phil?

Kathy Hilton was at Kim Richards’ side as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke to Dr. Phil McGraw about her recent arrest and relapse, and according to a new report, she may have been helping Richards with her answers.

On April 27, Radar Online claimed Kathy Hilton was by Richards’ side throughout the interview, “coaching” her through the doctor’s tough questions.

“During the breaks, [Kathy Hilton] would go directly to Kim’s side and coach her on how to better answer Dr. Phil’s questions.”

Richards was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel on April 16 after reportedly drinking at her daughter Brooke Brinson’s home, and then driving to the Los Angeles hotspot. Once at the hotel’s restaurant, the Polo Lounge, the reality star reportedly had a few more drinks, and was eventually cut off by the bartender and asked to leave the premises. When she refused, security came and attempted to escort her out. Unfortunately, Richards wasn’t ready to go, and the cops were called.

Once police arrived on scene, Kathy Hilton’s sister was taken into custody, where she reportedly kicked a police officer, and was dealt a slew of charges, including battery on an officer, resisting an officer, trespassing and public intoxication.

Days after the shocking relapse, Richards paid a visit to Dr. Phil’s set at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where she was joined by Kathy Hilton, and her three children, Kimberly, Chad and Brooke, for the tell-all interview.

During taping, Richards reportedly felt attacked, and stormed out, but Kathy Hilton was able to talk to the reality star, and convince her to return to the set, and complete the interview.

“[Kathy Hilton] talked Kim down, and got her to return and finish. She was definitely acting as Kim’s protector. She wanted to make sure she was being looked after.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kathy Hilton has reportedly been caught in the middle of the ongoing feud between her younger sisters, Kim and Kyle Richards. Last month, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Kyle opened up about Kathy Hilton, and where she stands.

“That is a very good question. You know, it’s difficult for [Kathy Hilton]. She’s in a complicated position because she’s not there when we’re filming. So then we go back and she hears my version, and then she hears Kim’s version, and then she has to kind of wait and see the show. So, I think she kind of feels stuck to be honest.”

Kathy Hilton is expected to be seen during tomorrow’s episode of Dr. Phil.
