Joe Giudice & Teresa To Divorce? ‘RHONJ’ Star Has Reportedly Met With A Lawyer

Will Joe Giudice soon be served with divorce papers? According to a new report by Radar Online, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s wife has already taken steps towards a possible split from Joe Giudice.

On April 23, a former inmate, who recently served time with Joe Giudice’s wife, claimed the reality star has met with a divorce lawyer behind bars.

“She has had lawyers come at times. After one came, they said it was a divorce lawyer.”

According to the inmate, Joe Giudice’s claims of seeing Teresa behind bars every other week are far from true. In fact, Joe Giudice hasn’t been seeing his wife much at all, and he rarely brings their four daughters, Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5, to see their mom.

Luckily, the former inmate claimed that Teresa’s mother has been active in commuting the girls to Danbury, Connecticut’s federal correctional facility.

“It’s 12 points a month. For each visit on a weekend it is two points. Joe claims he can do 12 visits in a month. No, he can’t. He doesn’t even know [the system] because he hasn’t been there. Her mother comes with the kids more than he does.”

Although Joe Giudice has reportedly failed to step up as his wife serves her time, the source claimed the Real Housewives of New Jersey star hasn’t let his behavior get to her too much.

“I haven’t seen her cry. I’ve seen her upset a little bit, but not really breaking down or anything like that.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Joe Giudice has allegedly gotten in the way of Teresa’s potential early release from prison. According to a separate Radar Online report, Teresa was expecting to be granted an early release, which would allow her to spend the holidays with her husband and four daughters. However, as the report stated, Joe Giudice reportedly “screwed everything up.”

“He met with the feds and the whole thing fell apart during those meetings because of the things he said. So now the deal is off the table. [Teresa] is going to be sitting in prison for the rest of her sentence.”

Teresa is expected to be released from prison in early 2016, at which point Joe Giudice will begin serving his 41-month term. Because the couple has small children, the judge on their case allowed them to serve staggered sentences.

As for a return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa and Joe Giudice’s returning role is still up in the air.
