Travolta’s Son’s Debut: ‘Late Night’ Has Ben Travolta, 4, Running For The Hills [Video]

John Travolta’s son made his debut on David Letterman this week, but the shy 4-year-old ran off the stage. According to Us Weekly, Benjamin Travolta wanted nothing to do with hanging out on the couch with his dad and talking to Dave. When his mom, Kelly Preston, carried him to the stage, many thought the youngster would head out and sit on his dad’s lap. Instead, he bolted.

“Ben trepidatiously came onto the stage, but clearly did not want to let go of his mother. When the Jerry Maguire actress tried to put her son down, he immediately ran offstage.”

Travolta’s son’s debut came after John told Dave that his son recently said that he wanted to get into show business. According to E! News, the two guys started chatting about Travolta’s youngest child, and Dave suggested he make his TV debut right then and there. But Ben decided he’d rather stay behind-the-scenes.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a lot of the comments people have been making about John Travolta’s appearance haven’t been too nice. Are you a Travolta fan?
