Watch England Vs. West Indies Cricket Live Online, 2nd Test, 1st Day — Windies Go For Upset Win

Fans of test cricket can watch live online as England continue their West Indies tour, opening the Second Test Tuesday morning in Grenada after being held to a disappointing draw in the First Test last week against an inexperienced Windies side they are expected to beat.

Information on how to watch the England vs. West Indies Second Test, First Day streaming live online from National Cricket Stadium in the Grenada capital city of St. George’s can be found below.

The fact that England are heavily favored, combined with last week’s draw forced by an unbeaten second-innings century by the West Indies fast-rising star Jason Holder, has the Windies motivated to score what would be a significant and humiliating upset over the tourists.

A perceived insult from new England Cricket Board Chairman Colin Graves, who dismissed this West Indies side as “mediocre” as the Three Lions departed for the Caribbean, has only provided the Windies with additional bulletin board material.

“They said in the press they would win three-love,” West Indies veteran Devon Smith told ESPN‘s Cricinfo site. “We’ve had the first Test and we’re looking forward to the next two to come. It motivates me — it motivates the whole team — to go out there and prove them wrong for whatever they said.”

When the Second Test opens Tuesday, Smith will become the first Grenada native to take part in an international test match in his native country.

While none of the England players themselves ever characterized the West Indies team as “mediocre,” the fact remains that many of the top West Indies cricketers, who helped the team advance to the quarterfinal stage of last month’s Cricket World Cup — farther than England who crashed out in the group stage — are absent.

Chris Gayle, Darren Sammy, Andre Russell, and others are all currently in India, earning decent wages playing for their respective Indian Premier League sides, and are committed there until the IPL 2015 tournament ends in late May.

England will get a boost from all-rounder Moeen Ali, who missed the First Test with an injury suffered in the World Cup, but has rejoined the side and is expected to be in the XI for the Second Test.
