In Soviet Russia, Obama sells Ice Cream

black-in-white-1

This Russian ad for a chocolate and vanilla icecream flavor has a few people upset, like Alex Leo at the Huffpost:

This, of course, is an ad for an ice cream bar that swirls chocolate inside of vanilla. The only way this could be more offensive would have involved some cartoon nudity and a cartoon white lady. Not to be outdone, the ice cream packaging itself does hint at that with a a female white head with a pink bow atop it next to a slick looking cartoon black head with sunglasses.

I am told that the ice cream is a nice treat after your meal of fried “Obama fingers” chicken.

  1. haha I think that is so funny! Im not offended at all about this. I think its a great way to make money. What I dont like is when people try to get offended over race, or anything pertaining to it.

Which makes the offended people racist by distinguishing a difference between black and white, also they appear to have a problem with interracial couples on an ice cream package..

Get a grip! I do not think the ad is offensive or mean. Give it up! The truth, no matter how much Barack and African Americans want to deny it, Barack is not technically African American. He is actually an American of caucasian and middle-eastern Muslim heritage. His father was Muslim, and his mother was causcasin. Therefore, he is not technically the first “Black President.” His Father also had 3 wives. Barack's mother was alledgely his 2nd wife. Barack's father needed pernission to marry his mother from his first wife who l believe still lives in Kenya. Alledgely, she agreed to the marriage because she was pregnant. So, what is so offensive about the ice cream? We call chocolate and white ice cream “half and half,” oreo ice cream, mixed cream, etc… How many insults and hateful remarks, ads, cartoons, and promotions did Americans, people from other countries, companies, the media, Democrats, and others make about President Bush? They were extremely hateful and dangerous. If Obama cannot handle “chicken fingers” and “black and white” ice cream, he better hope that no one makes any comments about his children or his wife like our media did to President Bush. So, can someone send me some “black and white icream”?
