Kaela Humphries, Sister of Kris Humphries, Lands Plus-Size Modeling Contract

New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries isn’t the only person in his family taking advantage of god-given height.

Kaela Humphries, who is 29, Kris’ older sister and Kim Kardashian’s ex sister-in-law, has announced that she has landed a job with Ford’s Plus Size division.

“So excited to be working with the team @fordmodels ! This is going to be a great 2012! Stay tuned:),” Kaela tweeted earlier this week.

Humphries, however, wasn’t the only one that was ecstatic about the new modeling gig.

“[We're] excited at the prospect of bringing this beautiful, engaging young woman to markets worldwide,” the agency declared. “A true size 16-18, Kaela will be in a league of her own.”

Despite their enthusiasm about adding the plus-sized brunette to their books, US Weekly reports that Ford Models is not the first to show an interest in Humphries.

Prior to signing with Ford, Kaela Humphries was represented by Wilhemina Models in Los Angeles and she made her runway debut last fall in the Richie Rich show at New York Fashion Week.

The Christian Post writes that Kaela has also reached thousands of viewers by appearing on “Kim and Kourtney Take New York” and on CW’s semi-reality show “Remodeled.”
