Japanese Penis Festival draws crowds, including children

Japanese in one part of the country celebrate the start of spring by celebrating fertility in the form of the penis. The penis is represented by a giant float of a penis, and smaller penises which are stroked by adults and children (seriously, see the video), bringing luck for the coming Harvest.

The footage below is kind-of NSFW, although no real penis is shown. What more can I say, other than JAPAN.
