‘Teen Mom’ Divorce: Leah Messer Served Divorce Papers In Parking Lot
It looks like another Teen Mom divorce is on! Leah Messer-Calvert was reportedly served divorce papers from her estranged husband, Jeremy Calvert, this week in their home state of West Virginia.
According to In Touch Weekly, Leah and Jeremy have been on the rocks since last year when Calvert accused his wife of cheating on him with her ex-boyfriend, Robbi Kidd, the same man she cheated on her first husband Corey Simms with, which ultimately ended their marriage.
The report reveals that Leah was in the parking lot of a Smith’s when someone approached her. The Teen Mom 2 star allegedly thought the person was going to ask for a photo or autograph, but was unpleasantly surprised when she found out that she was being officially served with divorce papers.
“When she was delivered the papers, she thought the process server was there for her autograph. When she realized why she was being approached, her mood totally turned around. She was clearly pissed.”
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reports that Leah and Jeremy have been separated for some time now, and that most people in their small town knew about the split. The report suggests that Jeremy is already dating someone else, and that paparazzi and reporters have flooded Leah’s town in hopes of getting a quote, interview, or revealing photos of the situation.
Meanwhile, rumors are flying that Messer has a substance abuse problem, and that she is being pushed to enter a rehab facility to help her with her issues. If this happens, the custody of Leah’s three daughters will likely be awarded to their fathers. The twins Ali and Aleeah will go stay with their father, Corey Simms and his wife Miranda, while Jeremy Calvert will have to take full responsibility for little Addalynn, which may be hard since he regularly works out of town.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, The Teen Mom 2 star recently moved out of the home she once shared with her husband, packed her bags, and took her daughters to stay with her parents. The news came after Leah and Jeremy neglected to spend their wedding anniversary, as well as the Easter holiday together with their family.
Soon after the move, Leah announced that she was going on a girls trip to Nashville, Tennessee to get away from all the drama and stress that has been her life over the past year. Meanwhile, MTV cameras continue to roll as they film Season 6 of the reality series, and Leah’s marriage issues will likely be a big story line when the show returns later this year.
