Khloe And Lamar’s Divorce Case Dismissed? Khloe Kardashian Still Uses Lamar Odom’s Last Name

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s divorce case is about to be dismissed. The reality star was reportedly told that if she doesn’t file the paperwork, the divorce case will be dismissed, according to a TMZ report. Khloe was the one who filed for divorce back in 2013, but Lamar Odom never responded.

Kardashian then went back to court to get a default divorce judgment, according to the report. Even though she had a right to get the judgment, she hasn’t followed through with it. Sources connected to the Kardashian family told TMZ that she no longer wants to deal with the divorce case and doesn’t want to take any further action.

Khloe and Lamar’s ongoing divorce case can cause even more problems. The couple reportedly owns a house that was sold for more than $5 million, and the people who bought it don’t know what to do with the money because the divorce is still ongoing. If Khloe doesn’t fill out the necessary paperwork to make the divorce final, she will have to stay married to Lamar and keep his married name. The divorce case will also be dismissed by the end of April.

The youngest Kardashian sister is obviously proud of the fact that she’s still an Odom. Another TMZ report said that she received a certificate that gave the Kardashian sisters a piece of earth. The certificate refers to her as an “Odom,” and she proudly displayed it on her Instagram account. As you can see, the certificate refers to Kim Kardashian as Kimberly Kardashian West and Khloe Kardashian as Khloe Kardashian Odom.

Khloe took to the photo sharing app to share the photo of the certificate. She captioned it: “Kourt and Robe we got you a souvenir!!!!! Land in Armenia!!!” She later deleted the post after some fans mentioned that she was referred to as an Odom on the certificate. That caused fans to speculate whether or not Khloe is still married to Lamar Odom.

One fan allegedly asked: “Wait so you are still married to Lamar?”

Another fan said: “Maybe she thinks they’ll get back together! That love was real!”

Kardashian has been involved in an on-again, off-again relationship with rapper French Montana since her split from Lamar Odom. The pair were last spotted at the Ultra Music Festival. Montana also sent Kardashian flowers around Valentine’s Day.

The Inquisitr previously reported that Khloe and Kim Kardashian have been traveling on their trip to their native homeland in Armenia. The sisters have been documenting most of their trip on social media. Khloe and Kim’s trip will also be documented in a future episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
