Ken Todd Hospitalized: What Happend To ‘RHOBH’ Lisa Vanderpump’s Husband?

Ken Todd is currently in the hospital recovering from surgery.

“[Ken Todd] got a hip replacement earlier this week,” a source told Radar Online on April 10. “[Ken Todd]’s doing well, recovering and expected to head home today.”

Ken Todd was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday, with his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wife, Lisa Vanderpump, at his side, and according to the source, his staff at SUR Lounge, Villa Blanca and PUMP have been more than supportive. In fact, they’ve given him a fun nickname.

“All of [Ken Todd]’s staff at his restaurants are now referring to him as the ‘bionic man’ because this is his second hip replacement.”

Two days after Ken Todd was admitted, his wife spoke out, giving fans an update on his health in an interview with Bravo.

“He is still in hospital,” Ken Todd’s wife told Bravo’s The Daily Dish on April 9, “but doing fine, thank you!”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Vanderpump took to Twitter earlier this week to announce she’d be taking a break from Twitter in order to care for her husband as he recovered.

Ken Todd and Vanderpump own a few restaurants in Los Angeles, two in West Hollywood, and one in Beverly Hills, so their lives are quite busy. In addition, the couple both currently star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules, both of which air on Bravo.

Most recently, Ken Todd caused a stir when he and Vanderpump finally fired Kristen Doute, who had long been making questionable decisions as an employee, after she cussed out one of her managers on Vanderpump Rules. During the episode, Vanderpump and Ken Todd chatted with one another before making the final decision.

“I’m so pissed off. The fact that this girl, Kristen, has no respect for any rules or management in my restaurant,” Vanderpump told Ken Todd in a Bravo clip from the series’ third season, which wrapped last month.

“She’ll just say what she wants and I know she’s been here seven years, but she’s been here seven years too long. She basically flaunts her bad behavior and she just throws any temper tantrum at any given time.”

No word yet on when Ken Todd is expected to be back at work.
