Michael Jackson Accuser Wade Robson Gets Access To All Of Prosecutor’s Files

Wade Robson has been pursuing a case against the late Michael Jackson, accusing the former King of Pop of abuse. And now it appears that Robson might just have gotten some help, from the man who once tried to bring down Jackson when he was alive.

Santa Barbara Deputy Assistant District Attorney, Ron Zonen has handed over all of his files about his investigation of sexual abuse charges against Jackson to one of Jackson’s latest accusers, Robson.

According to Radar Online, Zonen has declared that he has “knowledge of the investigation of childhood sexual abuse claims of Jordan Chandler (1993 accuser) as against Michael Jackson and was part of the SBDA trial team that investigated and criminally prosecuted Michael Jackson for sexual abuse claims brought by Gavin Arviso.”

Zonen subpoenaed Robson’s attorneys to hand over documents pertaining to alleged sexual assaults by Jackson. Zonen was forced to hand over information that included, “the voluminous documents produced in response included were witness statement of Blanca Francia (Jackson’s maid) taken by SBSD on October 4, 1993 in connection with the criminal investigation.”

Robson is hoping the statements and information contained in these documents could aid his own case against Jackson. But how?

“Evidence that prosecutors were barred from presenting will be disclosed as it will be a civil case not a criminal one.”

Sources have added, “All of this is documented, and it will certainly help to sway a jury, particularly a civil jury who is not considering reasonable doubt but a preponderance of the evidence.”

All of this comes at the same time that lawyers have alleged that Jackson “forked out nearly $200 million to as many as 20 victims,” according to Fox News.

Robson is joined by James Safechuck in bringing a civil case against Jackson’s estate. Both have accused Jackson of molesting them repeatedly.

Jackson, although he never testified, always denied molestation charges.

According to Page Six, “In recorded depositions, Jacko mostly evaded questions about his relationship with boys, insisting only that he would never hurt a child.”

These depositions are included in the information subpoenaed by former Jackson prosecutor, Zonen.

Another thing that Jackson’s accusers will be able to present in their civil case that wasn’t originally allowed in Zonen’s criminal case is just how much he did pay out.

“The judge, behind closed doors, refused to allow prosecutors to reveal the cash Jacko was paying out.”

A source has stated that these documents being allowed in a civil case could be a real “eye opener” for anyone who thought that Michael Jackson “was some real-life Peter Pan.”
