Burger King Milkshake Complaint Nearly Turns Into Brawl [Watch]

A Burger King milkshake complaint in Lake Charles, Louisiana, nearly turned into a beating, prompting a viral video in the process. A customer at a Lake Charles Burger King was very unhappy with the quality of her milkshake, so she took it back to the counter and requested a refund. The situation went downhill rapidly from there. The exchange between the irate fast food worker and the milkshake customer was captured via cell phone video.

After four requests by the Lake Charles Burger King customer to talk to the manager about the milkshake and being turned down, the woman simply requested refund. The fast food worker who made the Burger King shake did not like the request.

Burger King employee: “Baby, you’re about to get it. Just wait. You’re gonna get your s**t.”

The milkshake customer responded, “You’re cursing. Are you serious? Are you serious? You cannot treat people like this, this is your job. Are you for real?”

“No, I’m fake,” the employee responded.

Burger King milkshake customer continued, “I don’t know what happened to you today. You handed me soft serve ice cream and then gave me some garbage and I’m not going to eat it. And you’re rude.”

Burger King worker said, “I don’t give a f**k, go ahead. Bitch, I …”

The staffer does not finish her sentence. Instead, the Lake Charles restaurant employee decided to walk out from around the counter and confront the milkshake customer more directly.

Customer: “Do not touch me.”

Burger King staffer: “Take my picture.”

Customer: “I’m making sure that I’m going to be safe whenever I walk out of here.”

Burger King employee: “What you mean? Go! Bye! I don’t give a f**k. She trippin’.”

Another employee from the Louisiana Burger King walks out to the dining area in what appears to be an attempt to calm her co-worker. The effort appears to fail.

Burger King shake maker: “You wanna get slapped? You wanna get slapped?”

Customer: “Get off my foot. This is assault. I’m calling the cops. This place is getting shut down. I’ll do whatever I can.”

During an interview with the Blaze, Burger King offered the following response about the milkshake altercation in Lake Charles.

“We are aware of the video posted on Facebook. Guest satisfaction and service are of the highest priority to everyone at Burger King restaurants. The franchisee that owns and operates this restaurant has terminated the employee involved and has reached out to the guest directly.”

The Burger King employee has reportedly been fired.
