‘Real Housewives Of New York City’ Seek Weight Loss And Anti-Aging ‘Miracles’ On Dr. Oz As ‘Vodka Diet’ Goes Viral

When The Real Housewives Of New York City decided it was time to combine the opportunity to get free diet advice with the chance to publicize their reality TV show, they chose Dr. Mehmet Oz as their man. The cast members showed up on The Dr. Oz Show this week to ask for his tips on weight loss and anti-aging miracles.

Although not all the cast members could attend the show, Carole Radziwill, Luann De Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley and Kristen Taekman enjoyed the opportunity to discuss topics such as which woman is most obsessed with her weight, as well as pose questions to Dr. Oz such as diet concerns.

Dorinda made it clear that she is the cast member of the Real Housewives Of New York City who worries most about dieting and weight loss. She pleaded with Dr. Oz to give her the answer as to what magical or miracle program would let her be slim without exercising and dieting constantly as the other women giggled.

Bad news, said Dr. Oz. There is no miracle diet or magical pill or substitute for healthy eating. As for exercise, Dr. Oz surprised the women when he said that thinking that exercise alone is the solution is a common myth. Instead, he urged changing to a healthier lifestyle that emphasizes nutrient-dense foods.

Moreover, cautioned Dr. Oz, different types of diets work for different people, so what works for a Real Housewife pal might not work for you.

When Carole had her chance to ask a question, she revealed her theory that the secret to youthful skin and turning back the clock on aging resides in making love. Is sex the secret of the Fountain Of Youth, she asked Dr. Oz.

Dr. Oz explained that cosmetics such as rouge and lipstick actually are intended to mimic how making love benefits the face. While sex burns calories, he said it also has been shown to help people maintain their youth. Therefore, he concluded, making love could be considered an anti-aging option.

But Dorinda isn’t the only cast member from the Real Housewives Of New York City who is dishing on diets, reported Reality Tea.

Carole apparently has become preoccupied with the vodka diet, which also allows butter and cucumber. However, not just any vodka will do. It needs to be organic vodka.

In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Skinnygirl Bethenny Frankel has returned to the Real Housewives Of New York City. And although she’s proud that her Skinnygirl products have been so successful, Frankel dismisses rumors that she has an eating disorder.

“People do comment a lot. Yeah, I am thin. I mean, I have a brand called Skinnygirl, so it’s not a big giant mystery. You can’t please everybody. You try to please everybody you end up pleasing nobody.”
