Tom Six Adds A Third Segment To ‘The Human Centipede’ [Video]

It’s been five years since The Human Centipede first thrilled audiences and churned stomachs with Tom Six’s story about human beings surgically connected to form a single digestive tract. A sequel seemed unlikely and, when it was released in 2011, The Human Centipede II Full Sequence received a less than enthusiastic reception, pretty much guaranteeing that any further additions to the story would be promptly squashed. Yet, The Human Centipede Part 3 (Final Sequence) will be headed to theaters and to V.O.D. on May 22 to the delight and disgust of horror fans worldwide.

Old favorites Dieter Laser [The Human Centipede First Sequence (2009)] and Laurence R. Harvey [The Human Centipede II Full Sequence (2011)] will be returning in the third film along with Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight, The Expendables).

The next question, mainly “What will be the plot of this third installment?’ has been answered by Entertainment Weekly.

“Bully prison warden Bill Boss (Dieter Laser), leading a big state prison in the US of A, has a lot of problems; his prison statistically has the highest amount of prison riots, medical costs and staff turnover in the country. But foremost he is unable to get the respect he thinks he deserves from his inmates and the state Governor (Eric Roberts). He constantly fails in experimenting with different ideas for the ideal punishment to get the inmates in line, which drives him, together with the sizzling heat, completely insane. Under threats of termination by the Governor, his loyal right hand man Dwight (Laurence R Harvey) comes up with a brilliant idea. A revolutionary idea which could change the American prison system for good and save billions of dollars. An idea based on the notorious Human Centipede movies, that will literally and figuratively get the inmates on their knees, creating the ultimate punishment and deterrent for anyone considering a life of crime. Having nothing to lose, Bill and Dwight create a jaw-dropping 500-person prison centipede.

Along with this information, Tom Six has released a sound clip to entice fans, while an official trailer is prepared in advance of the May release of The Human Centipede Part 3 (Final Sequence).

Mr. Six, who has promised that audiences will find nothing of political correctness in the new Human Centipede film, seems to be sticking it to critics of the first film by placing the plot of this sequel within the confines of the real world. Knowing the ambitious plot of The Human Centipede Part 3 (Final Sequence), one has to ask…Just how many human beings can be interconnected through a single digestive tract?
