Lisa Vanderpump Brings Up Brandi Glanville’s Racist Comment: Is Lisa Stirring The Pot?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump may be distancing herself from people who are not giving her any positivity these days, as she has not spoken to Brandi Glanville for months. The two met up to film the reunion, but Vanderpump has often said that she is done trying to mend whatever is left between them.

One can imagine that Lisa Vanderpump is trying to distance herself because of Glanville’s behavior. Last season, when the ladies went to Palm Springs for the weekend, Brandi made a comment that “black people can’t swim” when Joyce Giraud refused to get in the pool. Even though Glanville may not have meant any harm with the comment, it was one that carried some serious consequences.

According to a new tweet, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is now mocking Brandi Glanville indirectly by bringing up the old drama from Palm Springs. And while some people were shocked over the comment, Lisa appears to bring it up as a joke.

“Happy birthday daaaaahling…Joyce Giraud. Looking gorgeous…have you learnt to swim yet?” Lisa Vanderpump wrote on Twitter as a way of wishing Joyce a happy birthday, which had the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star replying, “still swim like a puppy. Why do ask? Are you planning on giving me swimming lessons for my bday? LOL.”

Clearly, Joyce and Lisa can only laugh at the comment now. Giraud may have been offended at the time, but she may have moved on because she had the support of her co-stars. Brandi may feel that Lisa Vanderpump is bringing up the past to hurt her, as Glanville has said that the comment went too far.

Vanderpump hasn’t really spoken with Brandi too much and rumor has it that they haven’t spoken since the reunion was filmed. Even when they spoke here, it was done through Andy Cohen who was hosting the show. But Lisa Vanderpump may have her reasons. According to the Inquisitr, Lisa strongly believes that her former friend is the source of all the cheating rumors and lies that have plagued the women over the past couple of months.

No word on how Glanville feels about Lisa using the comment as a joke. If they were friends, surely Vanderpump wouldn’t be dropping the comment on Twitter. Maybe Lisa isn’t done with her ongoing feud with her former best friend.
