Kylie Jenner Is Looking More Like Kim Kardashian Each Day
Kylie Jenner is morphing into Kim Kardashian with each passing day. The 17-year-old was spotted in West Hollywood rocking a denim-on-denim outfit that’s similar to what Kim has worn in the past year, according to news site 360nobs.com.
Jenner wore a light chambray shirt that was tied into a crop top. She paired it with a knee-length ripped denim skirt. Jenner completed her look with black high-heeled boots and a black fringe handbag. She kept her made up face under a pair of leopard print sunglasses.
Kim Kardashian was seen wearing the same look in August of 2014 while visiting Kris Jenner’s mom, Mary Jo Campbell, in La Jolla, according to the news source. She also wore a light chambray shirt with a knee-length ripped denim skirt. Instead of tying her shirt at the waist, Kardashian tucked it in at the waist. She completed her look with nude high-heeled sandals and black sunglasses.
Us Weekly believes that Kylie Jenner has Kim Kardashian beat in the style department. They think she perfected this dressy yet casual street style look. Not everyone agrees, though. Some fans believe that Kim perfected the look with her chic and simple style. They believe that Kylie is too young to be rocking such a sexy look.
There’s another news source that agrees with Us Weekly. Wet Paint thinks that Kylie also stepped it up in the fashion department. The news site thinks that Kylie kept her look edgy while Kim kept her look more conservative and classy. Wet Paint noted that Kylie’s gold jewelry and accessories added some much-needed pizzazz to her denim-on-denim look.
Kylie Jenner has been vocal about liking Kim Kardashian’s style. She said that she “idolizes” her sister’s style. Kylie told Look magazine why she loves Kardashian’s style so much.
“I’d say [I envy] my sister Kim and Kanye’s style the most. Kim always has the newest things, and I just love everything. I go to her first when I need style advice.”
Kylie also explained that most of her outfits have been picked out from Kim’s closet. Not only does she like Kim’s style, but she’s envious of baby North West’s style as well.
Kylie added, “I probably idolize North’s clothes the most.”
People StyleWatch previously reported that the youngest Jenner is becoming Kardashian’s “mini-me.” Not only has she turned to her sister for style pointers, but she also turned to her for makeup tips. The Inquisitr previously reported that Jenner wants to become the next Kim Kardashian, but on her own terms. It looks like Kim is seeking inspiration from Kylie as well, as the magazine noted she’s been seen with a full pout on Instagram.
