Mary Kay Ash’s former home is for sale! Own your very own piece of history, by purchasing the $3.3 million dollar pink mansion in Dallas, Texas. Yes, pink. In keeping with her theme of the color pink, Mary Kay had her house painted the same color as her famous pink Cadillac.

The mansion, built in 1984, was designed by Mary Kay Ash herself. the Realtor.com listing boasts: “The home’s floorplan contains 11,874 square feet of beautiful details including carved wood moldings, beveled glass windows, wall murals and 40? ceilings. Teakwood and marble flooring and pink-quartz fixtures complete the royal amenities. The wood-paneled living room looks out on the stately swimming pool, while the remainder of the just-over-one-acre lot is intricately landscaped with stately fountains, lawns, and terraces.” It also states that the home has 6 bedrooms, 6.2 baths, 2 dining rooms, and 3 living areas. Not bad for the price, right?

Mary Kay Ash was born in 1918 and began building her cosmetics empire in 1963, and it has since grown to include over a million women in over 37 different countries, who are all called “Independent Beauty Consultants.” Mary Kay is commonly known as one of the most brilliant business women in modern times, because of her ingenuity and ability to make women feel beautiful.

While mainly famous for her cosmetics empire, Mary Kay was also involved in charity work, starting the Mary Kay Ash Foundation, which was founded in 1996. The foundation’s mission is to eliminate cancer, and end violence against women.

While Mary Kay passed away in November of 2001, you can still own a piece of her history, her house…that is, if you have a spare $3.3 million.
