Kim Richards Forced To Hand Over ‘RHOBH’ Contract In Dog Attack Lawsuit?
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has been struggling to get through each season, as she has dealt with addiction and recovery. Even though Kim is proudly sober, Richards is now battling accusations from her co-stars, who strongly believe that she needs an intervention. Richards is even concerned that Brandi Glanville, who is supposed to be her friend, has been pushing for an intervention.
But this isn’t everything that Kim is dealing with. Kim Richards has been dealing with some legal issues in regards to the dog attacks that happened last year. Richards’ pit bull has been accused of attacking both Kyle Richards’ child and family friend Kay Rozario. And Rozario is pushing hard to get a piece of Richards’ money.
According to a new Radar Online report, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards may be required to hand over her Bravo contract to her dog-bite victim’s attorney, as they are building a case against her. This isn’t the first time that Kay has tried to get more money from Kim Richards. She has tried to pull both Bravo and Evolution Media into the lawsuit.
“In order to prove our claim, we will seek copies of all of the contracts between Kim Richards and Evolution,” Rozario’s attorney Bill Zuhdi has revealed to the public.
It is uncertain how these documents will influence Kim’s role on the show. In addition, it is uncertain what documentation in the contract would help Kay get the settlement she wants. It is very possible that the dog training scenes are not outlined in the contract. Bravo and Kim Richards want the case dismissed.
This isn’t the first time that Kim Richards’ dog has caused trouble for her. During the previous season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kim had hired a dog trainer to help her get control of her wild pit bull. And while this was training for Richards, the dog trainer claims viewers didn’t see what happened.
“Behind the scenes I was hired by Bravo to fix the dog’s aggression. In front of the camera the public was told I was working with the animal based on chewing sunglasses and shoes. They really failed to show how the dog unprovoked, attacked me and came to rip off my face and I had no choice but to defend myself,” David Utter has revealed about the infamous dog training scene.
Even though Kim Richards is going through this trouble with her dog, Kim wants to keep filming the show. And it doesn’t matter that she doesn’t get along with her sister, Kyle Richards. Kim finds happiness in filming the show, according to the Inquisitr. As for the dog attack on Kyle’s daughter, Richards isn’t pushing a legal battle against her sister Kim.
