New York McDonald’s Fight Video: Victim ‘Was There To Fight’ Yet Lost The Brooklyn Brawl, Says NYPD

The New York McDonald’s fight video was recorded by bystanders at the Flatbush Ave. fast food joint. While some witnesses called 911, others simply cheered as many teen girls hit the 15-year-old teen repeatedly on the head while pulling her hair. When the girl in the blue hoodie fell to the ground, one of the teen girls can be seen kicking her in the face even after she stops moving. At this point, someone in the crowd jokes, “Yo, she’s dead. It’s a murder!”

While many are calling for immediate arrest of the four assailants, the NYPD says the victim allegedly had the intention of starting the McDonald’s brawl but ended up “getting the worst of it.”

In a related report by the Inquisitr, McDonald’s sales continue to plunge and the fast food company isn’t sure how to make their happy meals happy again.

The Brooklyn McDonald’s fight video has gone viral, but the 15-year-old victim refuses to name the other teen girls who beat her up because she’s afraid of retaliation from others at Erasmus Hall High School. She was hospitalized overnight following the McDonald’s brawl, but collapsed two days later and was rushed to the hospital.

“She can’t sleep because she got kicked to the body,” the teen girl’s grandmother said. “She fell again and they had to take her to the hospital.”

The teen’s mother has refused to cooperate, and the NYPD is currently seeking the father with the hope he may convince his daughter to identify the attackers. Community activist Tony Herbert is asking that the teen come forward and press charges.

“We have names,” Herbert said. “We have pictures. We have video of all these individuals. So save the taxpayers money and bring yourself forward… The message has to be sent very clearly, that this kind of violence will not be tolerated whether in a mall or in restaurants and those involved should turn themselves in to authorities immediately so as to face the consequences of their violent actions.”

Some of the other fighters allegedly have links to the Young Savages, a violent gang that operates out of Crown Heights. The NYPD believe all of the brawlers, including the victim, were involved in some sort of personal feud, but it’s uncertain what sparked the McDonald’s fight. Police do note that the McDonald’s brawl video clearly shows the victim throwing the first punch.

“(The victim) was there to fight,” a police source said according to the NY Daily News. “It looks like they went there to straighten out their differences and she wound up getting the worst of it.”

According to NBC, the NYPD has taken a report for gang assault and they have been able to identify the 16-year-old girl seen stomping the victim’s head. Authorities believe everyone else involved in the McDonald’s brawl are students at Erasmus High School.

Anyone with information about the New York McDonald’s fight video is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
