Nathan Griffith & Jenelle Evans’ Fighting Is Reportedly Affecting The ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star’s Son

Nathan Griffith and Jenelle Evans’ fighting has reportedly led the Teen Mom 2 star’s son, Jace, to act out in school.

On March 10, a source spoke to Radar Online, claiming the couple’s heated arguments are affecting the 5-year-old, who has allegedly begun “acting out” and “getting in fights” at school.

“The constant fighting all the time is affecting Jace at school. He gets scared whenever he goes over to Jenelle and Nathan’s house and the teachers notice it every time. It’s a pattern.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Nathan Griffith’s latest fight with Evans, which took place last week, resulted in him being thrown behind bars on charges of domestic violence. Although Jace wasn’t at home at the time of the fight, he has reportedly seen plenty of drama between Nathan Griffith and his mom.

“He’s not doing his schoolwork, getting in fights. It’s noted every time he goes there on his weekly progress report. The teachers know what’s going on.”

Currently, Evans’ mom, Barbara, has custody of the child, but Evans recently filed a petition to gain more rights.

“When Barbara took custody of him, she wanted to raise him and protect him so he wouldn’t grow up in trouble. So he’d be an upstanding kid. It’s just affecting him too much to be there. This is all for protection of him.”

Hours before Nathan Griffith’s alleged assault, Evans was due in court to fight for the custody of her son. However, as Us Weekly reported, Evans was a no-show and the hearing was postponed.

If Evans really wants to regain custody of Jace, skipping her hearing certainly wasn’t in her best interest — and Nathan Griffith’s arrest likely won’t help her case either.

Also on the day of Nathan Griffith’s alleged fight with Evans, as the Inquisitr reported, the two were scheduled to meet with a couples therapist. However, according to Griffith, Evans left without him and made it seem to the cameras, who were filming Teen Mom 2 Season 6, that he ditched her.

On Twitter, Nathan Griffith shared the following message with fans:

“It’s funny I set up couples counseling for Jenelle Evans and I, but since I can’t drive she rather make me look bad on camera acting like I can’t make it. Oh well there is your ‘reality tv’ for you.”

Griffith’s tweet was later deleted.

Nathan Griffith’s fiancé is due in court next month to address the custody of Jace.
