‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ Gets New Gameplay Trailer At Pax

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt got a new gameplay trailer at this weekend’s Pax convention. This new trailer isn’t too different from what we’ve already seen, but it does continue to wet gamer’s appetites for the impending release. For months, The Witcher 3 has been one of those games where info has come in dribs and drabs.

Now that the game is getting closer to actually hitting store shelves, the makers of the title are wanting people to see as much of The Witcher 3 as they can possibly get. As has been the case with most of the videos released by the developers, this one has a guided tour of a number of different features offered in the game. Because it’s so expansive, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has you fighting all kinds of different enemies and taking on any number of different missions.

The seven-minute video first has the main character traveling over quite an expanse before having to fight off a pack of wolves. Then the player wanders into a village, where he’s asked to take on a specific mission. The video also takes the player into the plains, where they fight a number of different creatures, including something called a Royal Wyvern.

The Witcher 3 has gained quite a bit of acclaim because of just how much gameplay is included in the title. The developers have also apparently worked quite hard to make sure that this story has a number of different ways it can go in order to give each Witcher 3 player a completely original experience. Recent reports have suggested that The Witcher 3 has a number of different endings. These endings are all impacted by the decisions the player makes when going through the adventure.

The choices that are made that will change the ending seem to be somewhat endless considering all the different things people can do in the game. The Witcher 3 has been so long in coming in part because of all the things people are able to do in the game. The video unveiled at this weekend’s Pax East conference is really just the beginning. As we roll towards the release date, it seems likely more videos are going to be surfacing. The fact of the matter is that most of these videos aren’t going to be able to show what is supposed to make The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt so great.
