New Video Game Releases For The Week Of March 8, 2015
The Spring Collection of video games is heating up with the new video game releases for the week of March 8, 2015. Many of the games are collections and remasters, but that does not mean they are not worth owning. Devils, alchemists, murders, and ghost hunters rule the release this week, along with one of the most compelling World War II shooters on the market.
Fans of Dante will get to revisit developer Ninja Theory’s reboot of the Capcom gunslinger DmC Devil May Cry with the Definitive Edition of the game releasing this week on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The 2013 release of the game on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will see updated visuals with a native 1080p presentation and 60 fames per second across both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The standard feature list of improvements for remastered games is present, as well including upgraded textures, all DLC, new skins, and the much-requested manual target lock. Sniper Elite 3 from Rebellion Studios is also receiving a collected release amongst the new video game releases for the week. Last week, the Inquisitr’s weekly new video game list showcased the spinoff Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army, and this week sees the collected DLC for Sniper Elite 3 combined into the Ultimate Edition. The “Save Churchill” campaign will be included as well as the six weapon packs. While Sniper Elite 3 was cited as having a weak story for the main campaign, the open-ended mission settings and possibility for stealth gameplay more than overcame the flaws in the narrative, according to gaming news site IGN.
