Chris Soules Engaged: Is Chris Risking His ‘Bachelor’ Pick By Doing ‘DWTS’?
Chris Soules is reportedly engaged to his Bachelor season pick, but could his decision to join Dancing With The Stars put his relationship in jeopardy? According to InTouch Weekly, sources say that The Bachelor star is “nervous” to have been paired with Witney Carson (who won the Mirrorball Trophy last season) because he will likely have great chemistry with her — and everyone will be watching, especially his fiancee (either Becca Tilley or Whitney Bischoff).
“He’s scared it’s going to make [the winner] jealous. Chris was warned about all of the drama DWTS caused for Sean [Lowe] and Catherine. He’s hoping that being on the show doesn’t wear on his relationship,” said a source.
Chris Soules has not been announced as part of the cast of Dancing With The Stars Season 20, but several media outlets have confirmed that The Bachelor is in Los Angeles prepping for the March 16 premiere. According to People Magazine, there have been several clear hints about who the final contestant will be.
For instance, Tom Bergeron said that the missing contestant “couldn’t rose – I mean, rise early enough” for the announcement on Good Morning America. Witney Carson also posted an interesting Instagram pic that appeared to be taken in somewhere like Arlington, Iowa. Given these clues, it seems fairly obvious that Soules will be trading in his tractor for dancing shoes… temporarily of course.
Chris Soules and his fiancee are in the very early stages of their engagement, but not getting sufficient time away from the cameras could prove to be detrimental to their relationship. And Chris Soules isn’t the first person to ever be concerned with a dancing attraction. There have been plenty of rumored hook-ups over the years, and many worry that getting too close to one’s dance pro partner could ruin any relationship.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, there is a going rumor that Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec is divorcing his wife to be with Kym Johnson. Of course this could all just be convenient chatter, but with these stars spending so much time with their new partners, anything is possible. Herjavec hasn’t responded to any of the internet rumors, but he and his wife Diane Plese are legally separated. Chances are, this happened long before Kym Johnson came into the picture.
