Linsey Godfrey Returns To ‘Bold And Beautiful’ After Accident

The Bold and the Beautiful star Linsey Godfrey is headed back at work this week after the accident a month ago that sent her to the hospital. Godfrey, who plays Caroline Spencer Forrester, has been sharing some updates with fans throughout her recovery, and now it seems she’s taking the next big step.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Godfrey officially returns back to the set this week. Fans have yet to see how it will all play out on-screen, but this is said to be the first time that Linsey has been back to work since the February 2 accident.

As was reported earlier by the Inquisitr, Godfrey was walking down a Los Angeles sidewalk, when a car accident led to a vehicle jumping the curb and striking Linsey. She received a number of injuries to her legs and ankles and needed surgery.

After about two weeks in the hospital, the Bold and Beautiful star returned home and made it clear that being with her little girl Aleda was a big blessing. Linsey’s latest Instagram post shows her cutie, as the actress says she and her daughter made it to their first “Mommy and Me” class since the accident.

Linsey commented that Daddy had dressed Aleda, and fans know that the little one’s daddy is fellow soap actor Robert Adamson, who plays Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless. Those who follow Adamson on Instagram know that he is quite the doting dad, and the trio is surely glad to be moving on from the frightening accident and injuries Linsey received.

So far, it isn’t quite known how The Bold and the Beautiful will address Linsey Godfrey’s injuries. While Caroline is key to the show right now, there has been some wiggle room to work around her need to be gone. For now, fans will have to stay tuned to see if the character of Caroline is just seen sitting a lot as Linsey recovers, or if the injuries will somehow be written into the show.

The initial reports of Linsey Godfrey’s injuries after the accident had many fans worried, but she’s kept up a brave face and positive attitude throughout her recovery. Supporters are thrilled to hear that The Bold and the Beautiful star will be returning to the set on Wednesday, and everybody hopes there’s great stuff ahead for Godfrey’s character, Caroline Spencer Forrester.
