Kailyn Lowry Pulls Her Children From Instagram: ‘Teen Mom’ Star Furious
Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has put much of her life on television over the past couple of years, including the births of her two sons, her wedding to Javi Marroquin, and her daily life struggles as a young mother. As part of being in the spotlight, Lowry has had active social media accounts and Kailyn has often shared pictures of her sons. But now, that’s all about to change.
Kailyn Lowry knows that people can be super mean on social media, including writing their honest opinions about things without thinking twice about how much it can hurt others. And this morning, after Lowry posted a picture of her son Lincoln and his long hair, there were so many mean comments that Kailyn deleted the photo and decided to end the negativity.
According to new Instagram post, Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry is now revealing that she will no longer post pictures of her children on Instagram or other social media accounts. Lowry was clearly posting the pictures for her fans, but when people started writing mean comments about Lincoln’s long hair and telling Kailyn that her son looked like a girl, she took a stand to protect her children.
“I will no longer be posting pix of my kids. Don’t ask for pictures and if you’re thinking about leaving a rude comment then unfollow me. I don’t want to hear ‘you put your life on tv so deal with it’ either,” Kailyn Lowry revealed this morning on Instagram after posting a picture of her son which was later deleted.
Just a few days ago, Kailyn posted a picture of Lincoln to show off how long his hair had become. According to the Inquisitr, Kailyn didn’t want anyone in Dover to cut his hair, so they had to wait until they went home so he could get a haircut. To show how long the hair was, Kailyn had put his hair in a ponytail.
It was a similar picture Lowry posted this morning, but the comments were harsh and mean. People tried to make cases for gender roles, and Kailyn just couldn’t stand to get any more negative comments about her son.
Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, may not be planning any more children, but if a third child should arrive, don’t expect Kailyn to post any pictures. It sounds like she is standing firm in her decision.
