Sony announces PlayStation Vita Wi-FI/3G launch bundle


Sony announced today a new PlayStation Vita Wi-Fi/3G bundle will be made available at retailers when the handheld debuts in North America on February 22.

If you pick up your PlayStation Vita on launch day, you may be able to score a bundle that includes an 8GB PS Vita Memory Card, an AT&T DataConnect Pass good for a free 250MB of 3G data transfers, and one unnamed PlayStation Network title–all for only $299.

If you want to take advantage of the bundle, you’ll likely need to do so on the night of the launch. Sony said in a post over on the PlayStation Blog that the bundle will be an extremely limited edition run, and in all likelihood will run out of stock at retailers on the first night.

For those of you who have already pre-ordered your PlayStation Vita, Sony will also be sweetening the deal by adding in the aforementioned PlayStation Network game and the AT&T DataConnect Pass at no extra charge. The limited edition pre-order bundle will still come with a 4GB PS Vita Memory Card, a limited edition case,son and a copy of Little Deviants.
