‘The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev Parties With Selena Gomez And Julianne Hough: ‘Vampire’ Spoilers [Video]

Best known for her role on The Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev also has become famed for her fondness for Hollywood night life. And so, when she was invited to the Oscar after-party along with best friend Julianne Hough, Dobrev didn’t hesitate to partake of the celebration, reported Hollywood Life.

Although the two look decidedly different, they share a hairstylist, Riawna Capri, who proudly posted her secrets on Instagram along with photos.

Joining Nina and Julianna, Selena Gomez also took to social media to share the fun, reported Just Jared. She had such a good time that she posted a photo as well as her views on her friends.

“Couldn’t ask for a sweeter group of ladies??”

But while the partying may have been sweet, the plot of the upcoming storyline for The Vampire Diaries definitely isn’t. And despite the danger and death involved on the show, the actors and actresses admit that they wouldn’t have it any other way.

For Candice Accola, the relationship between Stefan and Caroline offers some bright spots among the bloody intervals, she told TV Line.

The March 12 episode is particularly enthralling to the cast, because it’s directed by one of their own, Ian Somerhalder. In “The Downward Spiral,” Caroline will give an ultimatum that they never expected to her supernatural pals. In addition, Stefan tries to intervene, but forces Elena to join him a dangerous race against time.

As for the romance between Caroline and Stefan, Candice contends that the gradual development has enhanced the show.

“I loved the progression of the Stefan-Caroline relationship. I love that it’s been such a slow burn, and I love that [their first kiss] wasn’t this aggressively dramatic moment; it was just really sweet and tender and the sun was setting. They didn’t need to start ripping each other’s clothes off.”

But although the relationship of those two characters is progressing in The Vampire Diaries plot, the relationship between Nina and Ian off-set has become awkward, as the Inquisitr reported.

That’s because ever since Ian became engaged to Nikki Reed, Nina has tried to ignore him. She even posted an Instagram message that may have been directed to her former boyfriend Ian.

“Why don’t you tell me that ‘if the girl had been worth having, she’d have waited for you?’ no sir, the girl really worth having won’t wait for anybody,’ by F. Scott Fitzgerald.”
