Danielle Rothweiler Claims Scheana Marie Apologized To Her After Her ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Wedding

Danielle Rothweiler was the wedding coordinator at Scheana Marie and Mike Shay’s recent Vanderpump Rules wedding. As fans saw, Danielle Rothweiler took a lot of heat when it came to the timeline for the ceremony, as well as the reception. According to her, however, there was more to Marie’s big day than what was seen on the show.

In a February 23 interview with Wetpaint Entertainment, Danielle Rothweiler revealed the details.

“Scheana had the choice to do her wedding on the show or not on the show and she chose to put it on the show. I would think she’d be used to production and things not starting on time, but it seems to really bother her.”

“She’s been on this show for three seasons now…she should know how this works.”

During Marie’s wedding episode, she was seen first getting anxious over walking down the aisle at the right time, especially after her singer began without her. Later, she was seen frustrated the moment she and Shay would be announced to their guests.

Danielle Rothweiler claims she was shocked at Marie’s behavior, as she’d never had a bride get so angry with her before. While everyone was gushing over what an amazing wedding it was, Danielle Rothweiler, who was five months pregnant at the time of the ceremony, said Marie was focused on the negative.

“After Scheana was done screaming at me, honestly I took my microphone off because I felt ambushed and I was so bummed. First of all, I was five months pregnant and it was 104 degrees that day and I worked from 8 a.m. until to 3 a.m. the next day.”

Luckily, as Danielle Rothweiler revealed, Marie eventually apologized to her.

“The big thing I wish people had seen was the 20-minute long, teary-eyed apology Scheana gave to me at the end of her wedding.”

Despite Marie’s frustration on certain details of her wedding, the reality star was ultimately happy with her big day. As the Inquisitr reported, the new bride appeared on last night’s Watch What Happens Live, where she revealed her wedding was beautiful.

“Yes, I had some upsetting moments, but at the end of the day it was beautiful. My family was there. I was very fortunate to have such a blessed day and I don’t care what anyone says.”

Marie also said, via Real Mr. Housewife, that if she could have done anything differently, she would’ve taken a “chill pill,” which Danielle Rothweiler would have certainly appreciated.
