AOL Fights For Online Health Market

AOL is trying to stake its claim in the online health market with a new set of expansions for its AOL Health service.

The company is now planning to share health-related content with three other sites: Caring.com, Health.com, and HealthCare.com. In addition to AOL Health’s content targeted at women, the new partners will bring in content aimed at senior citizens, as well as a new series of quizzes and a new healthcare provider search utility.

Health.com is owned by Time Inc.
