Mama June Involved In Hit-And-Run Accident

The drama never seems to end when it comes to “Mama” June Shannon, even when the cameras aren’t rolling for the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star. Mama June and her daughters were involved in another car accident, as reported by Gossip Cop.

Mama June was pulling out of a gas station near her home in Hampton, Georgia, when her Chevrolet Suburban was suddenly rear-ended by a minivan. Mama June and her daughters were so rattled that they didn’t even have time to get the license plate number before the driver of the minivan fled the scene.

Thankfully, no one was injured as a result of the crash. Even though no one was able to get the tag number, Mama June did call 911 to file a report for the hit-and-run. It has not been revealed which of Mama June’s children were in the car with her at the time of this accident, although Mama June did say Pumpkin was shaken up.

She has four daughters, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon, and Anna “Chickadee” Shannon. According to Daily Mail, Mama June was involved in another car crash that included herself, Pumpkin, Honey Boo Boo, Jessica, and Sugar Bear, who was driving.

During that particular accident, it was reported that a truck barreled through a red light, crashing into Mama June’s car. Several members of the family were injured at the time of that car crash, and taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Pumpkin, who was thirteen at the time, suffered the most injuries, as reported by Daily Mail. She suffered from multiple symptoms of head trauma that included bad headaches, neck pain, and nausea. Mama June had to take her to the hospital repeatedly for tests.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, the extremely popular reality show which aired on TLC, was cancelled last year after the news broke that Mama June was not only spending time with a registered sex offender by the name of Mark McDaniel, but the fact that McDaniel had molested Mama June’s daughter Anna Cardwell. Cardwell was only 8-years-old at the time of the molestation by McDaniel.

It was recently revealed by TMZ that the former stars of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo have moved into a nice new home. The family appears to be happy and well without the presence of Sugar Bear. The Honey Boo Boo clan’s new home is actually about 90 minutes away from Sugar Bear, although he says he will continue to come visit his daughter, Alana, and remain in her life.
