New ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ Trailer To Premiere During ‘Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Midseason Premiere?

It wouldn’t be inaccurate to say that Marvel has had a very understated marketing campaign for Avengers: Age Of Ultron. While the two (nearly identical) trailers for the film have had plenty of attention (the first has nearly 70 million views, while the second has around 35 million views), something that seems to be missing are the big sort of plot revelations and money shots that usually come with big budget movie trailers like this. It’s likely a calculated measure to ensure audiences are wowed in theaters, and since butts are practically guaranteed in seats this time around, it makes sense to hold back a bit. But all that being said, there may still be one more trailer for Avengers: Age Of Ultron.

According to the folks at The Projection List, a “full trailer” for Avengers: Age Of Ultron is projected for a release on March 3, 2015 during the 9 p.m. showing of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D(via Screen Rant).

None of this, however, is official, and according to Screen Rant, the projected trailer street date has yet to be confirmed by Marvel TV, so it can all be speculation. Not only that, but Marvel has been known to change street dates at the drop of a hat. Back when the first Avengers: Age Of Ultron trailer was leaked, they released it online several days earlier than planned and merely added an extended front-end sequence for its Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D showing.

'Avengers' Circle Shot
Did the inclusion of the iconic ‘Avengers’ circle shot in the trailer ruin the experience for fans?

If there is indeed another Avengers: Age Of Ultron trailer on the way, it’d be nice for there to be a decent amount of new footage. While it may not be best to have huge moment spoilers–such as the circling camera shot in the original Avengers–something outside of all the gloom and doom we’ve seen from the first two trailers could go a long way to attract those just looking for a fun superhero movie to go to. With the extended roster of heroes that includes War Machine, The Vision, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch, they certainly have quite the gallery of characters they can pull from to get fans excited.

What do you all think? Are there any specific things you’d like to see in another Age Of Ultron trailer? Do you think there should even be another one, or are you already sold on the ones we’ve had already? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below!
