Bobby Brown Appeals To God And Fans — Pray For Bobbi Kristina
The whole world, it seems, is watching Bobby Brown, waiting with bated breath for something to change in Bobbi Kristina’s condition. Unfortunately, the line between rumors and reports has become unclear. Some reporters jump on the bandwagon too quickly, quoting rumors as the truth. As a result, the true circumstances behind the Brown family crisis remain clouded.
Sometimes we forget that celebrities are real people. As Bobby Brown sits by his daughter’s bedside, praying for her recovery, I imagine his fame is not much comfort, and probably more of a liability. Bobby is not allowed the peace to simply be with his daughter and focus on her healing; he must deal with negative media, paparazzi, and apparently, family members who are trying their best to spread false reports. Bobby Brown’s attorney spoke out strongly on this subject recently, citing specific publications such as TMZ and the National Enquirer, according to a report in SF Gate.
“The desire to be ‘first’ has clouded the judgment of many reporters as they forgo accuracy. This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence.”
Bobby Brown has remained at the hospital with his daughter. One thing is certainly clear, he has not given up hope that Bobbi Kristina Brown will regain consciousness.
“We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supported the vigil for Bobbi Kristina. God is hearing our prayers.”
Though negative media has grabbed the attention of the nation, there is a much more spiritual movement in play. Bobby and sister, Leolah Brown, have asked for prayers for Bobbi Kristina. The Brown family held a candlelight vigil for the 21-year-old at the Amphitheater at Riverdale Town Center near Atlanta on February 9, which was open to the public. Watch a clip of the event below.

As a parent who has sat by the bedside of a desperately sick child, my heart goes out to Bobby Brown. I have been, and will continue, to pray for Bobbi Kristina. I hope that the Brown family situation ends as well as mine.
Stop what you are doing, and pray for Bobbi Kristina right now. When you see her name in the papers, or on TV or the radio, send up another prayer for her. Bobby Brown believes that God is hearing our prayers, and I agree. Let’s flood the gates of Heaven for this girl whose life has only just begun. While we are at it, let’s send up a few for Bobby Brown and his family as well.
